1. Refunds / Cancellations
No Returns, No Refunds, No Cancellations Provided After Order Placement:
- Orders cannot be canceled /refunded once they have been placed.
Late or Missing Refunds:

2. Price Match Policy
At Interdocpro, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value and exceptional service. Our Price Match Policy is designed to ensure that you receive the most competitive pricing available. To qualify for a price match, please follow these guidelines:
Price Match Qualifications:
- Eligible Products: The product you wish to price match must be identical in brand, model, size, and specifications to the product available at Interdocpro.
- Competitor Information: Price matches must be requested before making a purchase from Interdocpro. We require proof of a legitimate competitor’s quote or company information, including the competitor’s name, contact information, and a clear description of the product and price.
- Legitimate Competitors: We only consider price matches with legitimate competitors who have a physical storefront or a well-established online presence and are authorized retailers of the product in question. Price matching does not apply to marketplaces, auction websites, clearance or liquidation sales, or unverified sources.
Price Match Process:
- Submit a Price Match Request: Contact our customer service team through our website or by phone, providing the competitor’s quote or company information.
- Verification: Our team will review the provided information to ensure it meets eligibility criteria and may contact the competitor for verification.
- Approval: If your request is approved, we will adjust the product’s price accordingly.
- Purchase: Once approved, you can proceed with your purchase at the matched price.
Additional Notes:
- Price matching is only available for products before purchase; we cannot provide price matches after a transaction has been completed.
- Our Price Match Policy is subject to change, and Interdocpro reserves the right to make the final determination on price match requests.
- The final matched price may include additional fees, taxes, or shipping costs, provided they align with the competitor’s charges.
- Interdocpro reserves the right to reject price match requests that do not meet the outlined criteria.

- By using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to fully understand the requirements of the process they are undergoing, whether it pertains to immigration, legal, educational, or other administrative matters. INTERDOCPRO may provide general information based on publicly available resources, but such information does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.
